Green spaces help you cope with the anxiety caused by Covid-19
Research conducted by the Mental Health Foundation has revealed that 62% of adults in the UK have stated that spending time in green spaces has helped them cope with the anxiety caused by Covid-19.
Even if the distance described or the time devoted to the walk were not large as a minute, exploring the green spaces has had a positive impact on their mental well-being.
The Mental Health Foundation instructs you to take as many outdoor walks or even bike rides as possible. It is also said that growing vegetables yourself or planting flowers helps alleviate and control stress and anxiety.
