After about 8 years under construction, the largest house in the world goes on sale
After about 8 years under construction, the largest house in the world is ready for sale.
The giant 105,000-square-foot residence in Bel-Air's Los Angeles neighborhood has been put up for sale for $ 340 million.
The residence for which about 600 workers worked to build it is also the most expensive property in American history.
The building called 'The One' contains 21 bedrooms and 42 bathrooms
The new photos presented at Architectual Diges give a glimpse into the recently finished home, which was designed by architect Paul McLean and decorated by interior designer Kathryn Rotondi.
The most attractive part of the property is its 360-degree view, which stretches as far as the Pacific Ocean to the west and the San Gabriel Mountains to the east.
