Photographed Archie unauthorized / Court 'condemns' known agencies
The two agencies, Splash News and Picture Agency, have faced charges in court against Meghan Markle and Prince Harry after they shot pictures of their son Archie inside the backyard unauthorized.
Agencies posted photos of little Archie on the net, and the duke and duke immediately took legal action by suing them.
Finally it seems the court has ruled in favor of Megan and Harry. According to The Guardian, the administrators of Splash UK have decided that Splash will not take any pictures of the Duke and Duchess or their son in the future.
"This solution is a clear signal that the illegal, invasive and intrusive behavior of the paparazzi will not be tolerated and that the couple takes these issues seriously, as any family would do." - said a source close to the couple.
