Fast food / Exotic salad with shrimp
Boil the shrimp in plenty of salted water for 2-3 minutes, or until they are browned and red in color. Drain, allow to cool and peel. Put the salad leaves on a plate and top with shrimp, avocado, mango, pineapple and tomato. Mix the oil, hot pepper and ginger in a bowl, with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the salad with this sauce and serve immediately.

▪️ 125 g shrimp
▪️ 125 g of mixed salad
▪️ 1 ripe avocado fruit, peeled without core, cut into thin slices
. 1 ripe mango fruit, peeled, without core, cut into thin slices.
. 1/2 roasted pineapple, peeled, without the shaft, cut into thin slices.
▪️ 1 ripe tomato cut into quarters
▪️4 tablespoons peanut oil
. 1/2 fresh red pepper, seedless, finely chopped.
. 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
. Salt and black pepper
