Born in Houston, Texas, Beyonce Giselle Knowles (her real name) took to the stage in the late '90s as a leading member of the pop and R&B group Destiny's Child and in the next decade began her solo career with her album 'Dangerously in Love', in 2003, a moment from which she would gradually climb the peaks of success, ranking at the top of the world charts.
'Dangerously in Love' opened the door to success and in 2004 she would be the winner of five Grammy Awards. In 2011, Beyonce was nominated for 10 Grammy Awards. The famous Billboard chart topped him as the artist with the best-selling albums of the decade.
Pop diva Beyonce became a mother for the first time when she gave birth to her daughter Blue Ivy Carter in 2012, but that did not stop her from pursuing music projects.
