The health benefits of dried fruits are huge. They can improve our overall health by filling in some very important nutritional gaps in our diets.

A study published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics found that people who regularly ate dried fruit had a higher quality diet compared to those who did not eat fresh or dried fruit.

The study showed that those who consumed dried fruits also had lower body mass indexes and waist circumference.

Cranberry
