Foods you should never eat at dinner
There is generally a belief, also referred to studies by health experts and nutritionists that eating dinner after 7 o'clock slows down the metabolism and promotes the accumulation of fat in the abdominal area. Calories taken in the evening increase the chance of gaining weight many times more than calories taken in during the day.
However. there are some foods that if you consume at dinner make you gain weight or not get a good night’s sleep.
-Avoid fatty foods
It is not easy to digest fatty foods like fries, especially at night.
-Avoid foods that contain a lot of added sugar
You need to be careful not to consume too much cake especially during the evening hours.
A plate of spaghetti may be more convenient to eat at lunch time. If you consume carbohydrates at dinner that you do not burn afterwards, they will be converted into fat and stored in the body by increasing body weight. These foods should be avoided at all costs during dinner.
-Do not eat spicy foods
Spicy foods are not good to eat at dinner. They can cause heartburn, especially if you go to bed right after eating.
